NON SUPPORTER OF THE ULTRAVOX UNOFFICIAL REGIME!

Originally released in 1986 as part of the "U-VOX' album "Sweet Surrender" was one of the better tracks. The album itself featured a varied set of songs in vastly differing styles and instrumentation.

"Sweet Surrender" is one of the better songs on the album. In fact it would have made a good single in place of "All In One Day".

This and Dream On were the only two Ultravox tracks on this album and All Fall Down was really Midge and The Chieftains the rest I’m afraid are just a mish mash of ideas and nonsense. Love this Andy got that powerful bass line with the guitar and driving drums and Midges excellent vocals.

I think this is the best song on the album and the drumming isn't too bad. I love Big Country but Mark B's drumming on U-Vox was pedestrian at best compared with Warren who I consider to be the best drummer on the planet even now
