Its a disgrace from Apple that the headphones or speakers must be from Apple. It worked for 3rd party headphones and speakers with IOS 13.1 and then they removed the ability to do dual bluetooth when they released IOS 13.2. Disgraceful on Apples part.

This is a scam. It should work on any pair of wireless headphones, but Apple decided that it would only support their own. Back in the day, you only needed to plug a splitter into the headphone jack to share music with any pair of wired headphones, or alternatively, a bluetooth transmitter that could be paired with any two wireless headphones. They put as many barriers as possible around the consumer and they're calling it a feature.

I updated to 13.4, and it isn’t working since then... I used to connect Beats Solo and Powerbeats 3...
maybe waiting future updates?

Its not work on ISO 16.1.1. And any features available to change setting, 2 Bluetooth devise are connected but work only one at same time time.

Hello, this is amazing! I was wondering if you would know if I can connect Bluetooth hearing-aid, and AirPods at the same time... My daughter started using a hearing aid on her right side and enjoys that she can connect to her phone like AirPods, but she doesn't use a hearing aid on her left. So we were trying to figure out to connect both. What I understood from your video is that we can use multiple applied brand headphones only. This was taken in 2019 so was hoping you may know more and maybe possible to connect different brand hearing devices.
