I live in Maharashtra and work in a central government department. The head of the office is from Bihar and behaves poorly, always trying to show off his authority. He has turned our office into a little Bihar, as his inner circle consists entirely of people from Bihar. He even closed our canteen because he didn’t like it. He has become a headache for the entire office and treats lower-level employees like laborers. These people don’t embrace other cultures and instead seem to promote the negative aspects of their own regional culture.

Currently I am in odisha and whenever my friends make fun of bihar I always try to defend it, try to recall the glorious history but then next day you will hear about new different cases and all things come to Zero ..
I love my state but sometimes feel ashamed because of my people in bihar.

I am from northeast and while traveling from northeast to say delhi (in train) our people can't help feeling afraid while we travel through bihar. you can try sharing this with any of your bihari mate they will just be proud of it....They practice hindu traditions but not principles.

I am bihari living in Gujarat, and honestly speaking bihar bahut underdeveloped hai aur iska zimmedar bihar ki janta hi hai. Apna level badhate nhi soch ke maamle me aur acche badlav ke liye prayas bhi nhi karna chahte, bas jaati ke naam pe vote deke log jhumte rehte hai😢😢
