Installing Windows 95 on a 3ds and Trying to Make Music with it

Welcome to a series of many more videos to come. Can the Nintendo 3ds run Windows 95? Possibly. Can I install an early version of Ableton and try to make music on it? We will find out.

In one of my next videos, I want to install Windows on my TV, so stick around to see that as well.

FYI - With Win95 it is common to have errors and require several reboots to get the install to finish on odd hardware. Because it uses a pass/fail process of reboots to find settings and drivers that work.

One thing that you did not realize is that it’s because in a real PC running Windows 95 you actually need the actual install DVD inserted in the optical disc drive in order to even run the program and make the options in the welcome to Windows 95 program work.

24k views with 500~ subs, nice. Good luck with your channel. I remember windows 95. I used to play about with it as well as windows 98 and XP as a child. I was born 1990 so although it was quite old by the time I was 8-10 I still remember installing Windows 95, hating it and trying windows 98, hating it less then moving back to XP. I also had the cleanest install of Windows XP on the planet, as I'd reinstall the OS whenever it started to get slow, which for me as the first Zoomer, it felt slow very quickly. I must have been one of the first kids to also play games on my PC whilst watching TV, which is the norm now. My kids watch YouTube in mini screen whilst playing games, so pretty normal now.
