Just had this happen on oled 55cx this should be a free fix, ridiculous a premium tv like this having this issue

I did a power board replacement using a 3rd party board on my 55" G1 and it worked like a charm. Super easy and the 3rd party board was cheap on that popular merchant site that starts with an E. The initial symptom was a single click and single power led flash that would repeat.

I have a 77G1 that won't power on after an apparent software update that occured while the set was off...apparently the power board does not like the updated power up sequence, and fails to deliver the plus 23v to the t-con...so maybe the set needs a version two power board because the ones I've found don't work either...

Our 65” is having this issue, guess we should feel lucky it’s 2 years old at the end of this month? 🤦‍♀️ Got it for Christmas 2022. No techs local, would love to figure out a fix before Christmas 2024. Thanks for posting so I don’t blame the kids haha

I have C1 65INCH . I need to plug it out in order for the led red light to show up so I can turn TV on. But after shutting down the TV by remote and Red LED turned off, it will not turn on unless unplug it from power outlet and after 30 second or less replugging it .

My LG C2 65inch did the same thing. Unfortunately it’s out of warranty since they only give you 1 year manufacturers warranty and I didn’t pay for the extended warranty 😢. What would be the best route to take to get it fixed?

Having this issue with my 83g2 and it never finishes a pixel cleaning process at 2000 hours. They swapped out all power supply boards and the same thing happened another 2000 hours later. Now it’s the main board apparently that needs to be fixed as well. I’m appalled at the fact that these TVs are having these hardware failures at the expense of customers. Who would have thought that spending this much money on a tv would require hardware swaps after a year of viewing. Shameful.

Crazy my c1 77 broke less than 1000 hours im guessing its my power board or main board will get replacement for it. And my cx has almost 10000 hours rubs like a champ no burn in.

I just found a 2020 LG Oled65bxpua sitting at my dumpsters at my apt. I took it in and diagnosed it to be the psu. These ppl didn't even bother to take the panel off or troubleshoot it. Things in great condition and i just ordered the kit for 100 bucks with all the boards and will be replacing tomorrow. Hopefully the panel isn't damaged, or else I'm just gonna sell all the parts and toss the panel. Panel replacements cost more than the tv. So... don't spray your screens, always damp a microfiber cloth with water if needed and just spot clean.

I have a 83" G2, bought in late april 2022. have had same issue. so, last week, they replaced my powerboard/power supply but i still have the same issue with needing to hit the power button a couple of times (the first time, the standby light just blinks off and back on) - didnt resolve. do you think that means he didnt install a revised version 1.2 board?

My OLED B8 stunk up my living with a burning smell coming from the back vent near the power supply. I’m assuming a capacitor went bad or is leaking, any ideas? TV works fine but after 15-30 mins of usage it’s starts to smell, I’ve had the Tv 5 years now, I’d rather buy a new power supply than a new tv. Only a 100+ or under for a power supply.
