The sad part of this is Shannon played the sport and skip studies sports. The only ones to blame is society for this. This goes for any employment profession or sector. Just because you hold academic credentials doesn't mean you are qualified. Just because you study the field doesn't mean you're an expert. Just because you hold a position of power or influence doesn't make you right and people should trust you.
