People buy these kits...realize there is a huge learning curve and they are difficult to remove...and then go to the salon again because it's too much work lol. But the people who stick through it and learn from their mistakes do actually save thousands from staying out of the salons. You can actually make a little bit of money and or bless other people with beautiful nails if you acquire the skill to do good nails 💕

3 reasons why I'd go to a nail salon, 1, because I suck at doing my own nails, especially on my right hand (as I'm right handed). 2, it's nice to get pampered every so often. 3, I take about 3 hours doing my own whereas a nail salon takes about half an hour 😂😂😂😂

As a on the go mum ... An a lover of nail polish an doing my nails over the years... I saw an learnt that its very hard . Always breaking an getting dirty an dry... The amount of pain felt when u break a nail an the glue damaging my nail . An the nail polish always chipping off in the end. ... That when i saw poly gel as an opinion i ate that up.... No more glue .... No need to use nail polish .... They come in different colours an when u get confident u can learn to incorporate designs into the clear poly to vamp up the look . Your natural nails are shiny. You HAVE TO PREP THEM. That means buff shine off. Dehydrate then add poly gel. If you want them to last even longer use a primer after dehydrating 👍🏼 - Julie the nail tech. They look lovely

You soak each nail in acetone, it melts off the product 😊

Poly gel is so sticky and they don't tell you that you need a drill to shape the nails. It's a very difficult process. I watched so many videos and bought a poly gel kit it was a mess. I threw it away!! Never again! These people never tell the truth about these products they just want money!!

Reasons why i dont go to a nail salon
1. Anxiety, and im socially awkward.
2. Germs. I have a big issue with germs.
3. Expensive.
4. Loudness. Im sensitive to loud people so it makes me feel unsafe.
5. Aggressive nail techs. I had one almost made my nails bleed from buffing too hard. It was painful asf.

2. For decent looking nails, I'll just file my nails and apply a coat of any colored regular nail polish
3. For some glam, just add some glitter nail polish or do some easy pinterest nail art

I couldn’t possibly do my own nails as beautifully as a nail tech.
I go once a month and feel pampered and come out with stunning nails on both hands. They also have many colors and techniques you can’t duplicate at home.

I don't go to a salon but I didn't buy poly gel- I go to a home-run small business in the uk (I'm in england)
My nail tech is so wonderful to me And doesn't charge anymore that £30 tops, so I think she's wonderful for people on a budget, another thing is that she works alone so everytime I build a relationship with her and I get perfect results. Plus bonus is that she does my kids aswell and although they are young and other parents might disagree I love treating my kids with equal pampering as myself and my daughter loves having hers done, so in conclusion: if you dont want to go to a salon but don't want to do your nails at home, go to a good quality high review small business close to you, generally gives great results and often is so gental without any harsh chemicals used. And occasionally (if you get a really great nail tech) you van have products adjusted for allergies, or them being to harsh, so I really recommend following small business than salons ❤❤😊
