Water 230ml
Bread flour 300g (Protein 12.8g)
70g of active starter
Salt 6g
Filling
Add 60g cheese (cut into small cubes)
Black pepper 1/2 - 1tsp(option)
My Fermentation temperature is around 26-27°C
Baking time
Bake 250°C for 20 mins with steam
Remove the steam and bake 230°C for another 15-20 mins
