I have had one for a while, never would go back to a different toothbrush. Love the burst

Take brushing to another level by brushing all surfaces inside your mouth, after brushing your teeth for 2 minutes. The roof, the channel at the top & bottom of the mouth, and the inside wall of the checks. It's also good to swish with water prior to brushing, put a pea sized amount of paste on brush head, and spread on each quadrant of the mouth. Don't forget the yucky tongue - preferably using a specific tongue brush or scraper.

Is the toothbrush on?? I just got mine and it doesn't work. It turns on, but I push the button and nothing happens

When i rinse the toothbrush is it ok to wet the whole thing? Sometimes tooth paste trickles down

I dont get how to change the settings, all the power button seems to do is pause it. How do i get it to change the mode idk what im missing here

what is the rubber X for in the middle of the bristles? I have never seen anything like it on a toothbrush and yet NOWHERE do you talk about what it is for or why it is there.

This toothbrush stops working after a few months. Even rebooting the toothbrush doesn't work. SMH I canceled.

I was so excited for this toothbrush. Once I got it, I threw my oscillating brush in the trash. Boy do I wish I hadn’t done that. I really want to like this toothbrush, I really do. But using the Burst brush was driving me crazy bc I could still feel a little bit of plaque between my teeth. I know I sound crazy but once you’ve felt your teeth at their cleanest, you tend to notice these things. Also, the brush should have the option to modulate quadrant times to 45 seconds when desired. I have crowded teeth and I need more time. After weeks of use, I find oscillating/rotating brushes to be superior in plaque removal :-/ (and yes, I followed the instructions for use). Maybe this works for people with nice straight teeth but it’s just not for me :-/

The only reason why i got brush is because it’s American 🇺🇸 quality compare to Sonic is made in China 🇨🇳 and plus it died on me.
