I also had to change by hand the compiler programs in Settings/Compiler/Toolchain executables/Program Files to be the same as shown in the video in 3:55. Also added exclusion to Windows Defender at my project/bin/ folder to see the graphic window and prevent Windows10 from erasing my .EXE file. And also I was making a mistake instaling the 64bit version . It only worked with the 32bit.

the reason many people is having this problem is that this installation is for 32bit system and those files downloaded also support only 32 and not 64 thats why many people are having this error on sstream

doesnt work. followed everything, but no circle the cmd prompt open after running the code but no output, 2nd cmd prompt for the circle doesnt even open
