I am an RN. My fattest fellow workers had snacks in their drawers and in the breakroom every single shift. The hugest nurses were on the graveyard shift, so they didn't have to move their body passing meds, etc. I dont see how 10 chocolate bars and 14 cookies in a drawer is genetic.

No, they AREN’T incompetent. They’re working towards a very concisely considered agenda. Yes, they’re liars and malicious vipers, but don’t give them the benefit of claiming incompetence. Such malice needs to be called out for what it is.

Damn I’ve been doing it all wrong. 12 years ago I was 230 in less than a year I went to 170 with lifestyle change(diet) and exercise. I’m now 62 and mountain bike 2-3 times a week exercise every other day and try to watch what I eat. And I could of been just sitting on my fat SSA on the couch eating potato chips .😱🤣. Everyone in this administration is a total joke. Embarrassing to us all.

As a doctor I believe that this "doctor" needs to go back and learn what she didn't in school.
She is guilty of malpractice, her medical license should be revoked.

🤦🏾‍♂️ I never thought that I would live in a world where the truth and common sense would become taboo. God help us! 🙏🏾🇺🇲

I am a 72 yo pediatrician, was on AAP Early Childcare Committee and started Healthy Childcare America. #1 issue is diabetes, comes from insulin resistance, which comes from sugar overload; the number one issue w young people: Obesity. Japanese were lean until McDonalds arrived!! This lady is nuts! Really a shame. She did not quote a single study! Why are there obese people who through diet and exercise lose 200+ pounds?? Amazing! Really upsets me!

My brother topped out at 470 lbs and ended up having gastric bypass. He admits he was addicted to food. After surgery he exchanged eating with working out. He has maintained his weight at a healthy and strong ~225. My sister is morbidly obese and is in full denial. She stood in front of her daughter’s fridge and ate 2/3 leftover apple pie, and two hours later claimed she “hadn’t eaten anything today”. That’s her usual M.O. I eat mostly KETO and when I fall off the wagon and eat desserts at Thanksgiving or Christmas I put on weight, so I have to adjust my diet again accordingly. This victimhood stuff is just phony. We are only victims of our own bad choices.

They aren't incompetent, they're evil.

I remember when interviewees on 60 Minutes were sweating bullets trying to answer tough questions from real journalists.

This nonsense is so crazy to me. I was pushing 300lbs when I graduated high-school. Right after graduation I started going to the gym and got down to 180lbs in about a year. It was the best thing I could have done for myself. The boost in confidence helped me in every aspect of my life.

They don’t want anyone to take any personal responsibility for anything these days.

When you shift the blame and narrative. You shift the responsibility and accountability. A lot of this is going on right now.

I cannot forget the condescending interview that Stahl conducted with President Trump.
Due to that, I would discount anything that she has to say.

This is Lesley Stahl asking questions. Remember when she laughed and said the Biden laptop was fake and tried to embarrass President Trump.

Well said. In Australia it's all fear mongering about staying indoors, social distancing, masks and sanitizing. Never a single word of building immunity through diet, fresh air or exercise.

When I was in grade school 60 years ago, there was one person that was obese and he had some medical issues. In high school there was a few students that were slightly overweight. Most adults during those periods were also Not overweight. It was a small town with no school busing, so I walked back and forth to school including coming home at lunch. We had PE twice a week in grade school and five days a week in high school. We ate meat, potatoes and an assortment of vegetables every night and rarely ate out. Fast food was considered a treat and maybe once every few months. Most sweets only around holidays. And kids played outside!
