Alton Brown’s onion slider technique. THANKS TONYG!!

TonyG sent me a $5 superchat and I used it for a lunchtime burger social! The is Alton Brown’s slider recipe. He salts his onions and makes a flattened slab of burger seasoned with garlic powder, pepper and mustard then steams it on top of the onions. Amazing if you like onions 😉
