RULES:
The rules are the same as regular Risk, except for these changes. The object of the game is to capture all your opponent’s headquarters while still retaining control of your own. After deploying your troops, secretly select one of your territories to be your headquarters and find its matching territory card and place it face down in front of you. Once everyone has done this, then all the headquarter are flipped faceup and the game begins like normal.
When ever you capture the territory of another player’s headquarters, take their headquarters card and place it faceup in front of you. If you headquarters is captured, you aren’t eliminated, but are still in the game and play like normal. You may not use headquarters cards as part of matching sets to trade in for troops. The first player to capture all their opponent’s headquarters while retaining control of their own, wins. For even shorter games, play where you only have to capture 2 opposing headquarters in a 4 player game, and 3 in a 5 player game.
