With the whole emotional segment before this match, this reminds me of that episode of South Park where the youth hockey team gets their ass kicked by the Detroit Red Wings while that poor kid with cancer who was cheering them on watches.

Imagine the feeling of anger, frustration, humiliation and disappointment by the robot controlling team of Rotator, having put in the effort to build a battle-worthy bot and making the trip to the competition and then it gets knocked out and defeated so fast in the fight with the opponent.

We've fought Victor a few times before in BattleBots IQ, so we took Rotator very seriously. It's a great bot!

Victor has really come a long way. From getting knocked out by Witch Doctor in the early stages, to causing a huge upset against Tombstone.

This show is a blast to watch, but is that injected crowd noise? The crowd never looks as loud and excited as the audio sounds.

RotatoR has come such a long way since this fight. From being KOed within seconds, to KOing Tombstone, winning a bounty hunters episode, and being the only robot to lose to End Game without getting KOed in the process. Also feels kind of weird seeing RotatoR without its shiny name plates and Victor without his gold jacket.

The moment when you find out that RotatoR actually went further than Witch Doctor in Season 3, you should realize that although ABC's arrangement made RotatoR's participance in Season 2 an irony, RotatoR, or actually every team, is well-qualified and actually has a lot of experience than how some might seem on screen.

BTW the middleweight version of Witch Doctor lost to a middleweight by the RotatoR team in a final in 2011.

As much as I like Witch Doctor, I'm disappointed that they skipped through Overhaul and Sawblaze's matches. By looking at the highlights, they looked pretty good. This was just a squash match.
