The Falklands’ rockpools are full of interesting marine life, and recently two very rare types of sea slug were sighted in one of them! Scientists from SAERI found the rare slugs in a rockpool on one of the shores near to Stanley.

Note: This video shows two sea slugs, the blue Stiliger evelinae or ‘Eveline’s’ sea slug. The green sea slug shown is thought to be an Elysia cf. patagonica. Both identifications are still to be confirmed by Prof. Patrick Krug.
