Finally I found an English video talking about this.
Everytime I search about Fnaf Stingray I only find Spanish videos, and well, I'm not English, but it's kind of strange that there was no English people talking about this, being a popular topic at the moment.

I had a similar experience. I downloaded a FNAF 2 APK off aptoid as a little kid. When I installed it, it was called "MANGLED87". I got to around night 3 with my friend when Mangle started jumping cams. I was a little startled but kept on. I actually managed to get to night 5 and about half way through I got jump scared by Mangle. But it wasn't the regular jumpscare. It was a static png of mangle with no teeth, jaw open, with brain matter in her lower jaw. It played really loud police sirens. Then my phone shut off. It did turn back on and worked. But every time I would open the game, it would immediately cut to that screen and shut off. I wish I didn't drop that phone and broke it so I could try and get a screenshot. It's kinda funny how some guy made that just to scare people and nothing else.

I have a old mobile phone with the old fnaf beta game and it looks similar to the stingray one but it isn't stingray but freddy has a glowing eye in the game thumbnail which is probably where the image if freddy with the glowing eye came from.
