I don’t get there argument against using this technique for cold sores? Topical ointments are a drag. Why ingest a pill or when you could wave some light over the affected area. I don’t get it? Do you want to take pills the rest of your life or hold a beam of light to your face on occasion? The question is does it actually work?

Please do a video on skincare routine for a week … as in AM routine from M-S and a PM routine from M-S.
Example : Monday- exfoliate with an sa cleaner.. etc morning and finish with a retinol
Tuesday : just cleanser etc AM and SA cleanser etc. night .. etc
