To Find out Uncommon Values Select the Columns of Value and Go to Home > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cell Rules > Duplicate Values "Select Unique in the Drop Down" and Hit Ok.

It also works for highlighting Duplicates. Hope It helps Cheers :)

Why do they have to make it complicated instead of writing a function 'Intersect' that takes 2 lists as input and give common values as output?

Can you do a video please about finding how man times the name mentioned on colum A and give it out the number ? Example how man times Jhon got services in colum A by one of agent this week and result 20 times

Instead of formula it is easy to use conditional formatting available in home tab
