Rescue teams deployed in Clearwater following Hurricane Idalia

Hurricane Idalia officially made landfall Wednesday morning along Florida's Big Bend near Keaton Beach.

Idalia is packing winds of 125 mph near the Florida Panhandle and into the Big Bend region.

Outer rainbands continue to push their way into the Tampa Bay region. Life-threatening storm surge, hurricane-force wind and isolated tornadoes are likely for portions of the Florida Gulf Coast.

I live about thirty minutes north of clearwater. This video is very surprising to me because we got completely missed... There's a little bit of flooding in areas that are capable of flooding outside of a hurricane.. The idea that they are going into rescue people and Clearwater seems laughable. I feel like this video should be somewhere up in the big band.
Where the hurricane is actually hitting. I'm really confused because this is inaccurate reporting and there's nothing going on in Clearwater. That would warrant a news article about rescue teams. You notice how all those rescue teams were wearing crisp white shirts. It's because they weren't needed.
