911 Dispatcher Training Assistance: Type Only Addresses L2

To effectively use this video:

The purpose of these videos is to assist with training 911 Telecommunicators with the need to type pertinent information almost at the same time it is heard. An effective 911 Telecommunicator doesn't hear information on a call or over the radio and take a few seconds (or minutes!) to think about what to type, it should be instantaneous, feel natural and, of course, be correct.
