Laptops with low wattage 3060 that are under 100w and no MUX switch would probably deliver somewhat similar performance to 2070. This just shows how much raw power Legion 5 has

Welp, i got Legion 5 5800h-3060 for 1400CAD which is 1100USD. Top mid tear laptop for the price of last gen 1660ti is so satisfying.

3060 mobile is a beast and a perfect successor to 1660ti/2060 and 1060. I purchased a Legion 5 17". I will get hands on with it in few days. Excited for it despite ram and wifi issues.

Ive been blown away by the power of my Razer 14 (5900hx + 3060 100w). I have unloaded my 9900k + 2080ti and for now the Razer 14 will be a desktop replacement until the desktop market settles out.
