I love how the the Yankees had the most loved infielder and the most hated infielder on the same team

No person has ever had more of a point than Joe Girardi did in this moment. I can't comprehend how Dempster was not thrown out.

Love how the commentators are just sitting back and watching the greatest rivalry in MLB like they know what's good when these two play each other, love it

In my opinion this is among the most iconic hit-by-pitches

I'm a die-hard Sox fan, but Girardi has every right to be hot for getting warned.

I remember this game. This moment.
For the first time in his career, you could see it in his eyes. He felt alone. The media had a scapegoat, and fans hated him. His fire was officially gone, and he was on the decline fast. His teammates, weren’t even really behind him during this time.. I remember feeling bad for him at this moment.

Not a Yankee fan, but mad respect to Girardi in this situation.

Dempster has to go. The announcers have it spot on, it's as intentional as it gets.

Girardi probably said something to the effect of, "How is he still in the game, he threw at us THREE TIMES!!!"

No way Dempster should've been in the game still

Girardi showed the most raw passion I’ve ever seen as a coach

Girardi absolutely did the right thing, regardless of ones feelings towards A Rod

This really makes Dempster looks like an idiot.  I love the fact that he gave up a bomb to A-Rod later in this game.

This is just f'ed up. You've got a pitcher throwing several pitches at the batter and you toss out his manager?! Girardi totally has the right to argue with you for not ejecting the pitcher after the third "wild" pitch of the at-bat.

Get you a girl that looks at you the way that old white guy looked at A-rod @ 1:43

Hilarious Dempster just casually walks away like everything is normal

That was a terrible call by the umpire. Dempster should have got tossed. Girardi had every right to be livid.

Say whatever you want about A-Rod, but Dempster should have been tossed right there.
