Fix Windows 10 Laptop Power Light stays on after shut down

Excited to have been able to find a solution for our customer. Upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 but still could not get the power light to turn off. Here we show you how we solved this mystery and once again a very happy customer at PC 911 Miami!

unchecking the fast startup didn't solve my problem :/
