39:12 How inappropriate and irrelevant, bringing up Trump and Arlington Cemetery when he’s supposed to be there to discuss Nursing Education. There were democrats and unaffiliated nursing students there today. This wasn’t supposed to be a partisan event. These nursing students were pulled from class to attend this, and I find it distasteful that he used this as a ham-handed segue to defend Trump.
