As a plumber these are my go to pliers. Way faster than an adjustable wrench and the way they allow you to rotate the tool on a nut without coming off it is a game changer, as is the fact that once set to say 15mm or half inch they have enough leeway to allow for any sight variation in the size of nuts.

It grips, slips when you want, doesn't mar surfaces, it can squeeze stuff flat, it can flatten sheet metal, it can ratchet around nuts and couplings... Nothing not to love about these things.

You forgot to mention another advantage which is that they will not damage nuts, bolts and whatever you are trying to turn. the other wrench will probably destroy what ever you use them on. The jaws are always almost parallel

I have the 125mm on my belt for EDC. They allow me to grab things tightly that normally would slip out of just the grip of my fingers. They are also great for holding small parts when grinding or cutting that I wouldn't dare hold with my bare fingers. They also really shine when it comes to turning chromed nuts.

As an alignment tech on vehicles, I've had 2 pairs of knipex with button style adjustment slip and round the teeth. That said, I've also personally slipped the open end of 2 snap-on and 1 mac wrench, using all 3 at once on a single inner tie rod.

Great jack of all trades tool. Use them on big hydraulic fittings wrenches are too big to get into, handy for big fasteners if you need 2 of the same size wrench and only have one. Recommend it for a carry and better than a crescent wrench.
