How Slow processing speed affects Executive functioning

You have explained this issue so clearly, - I have this difficulty, though i read quickly, I don’t process the visual ( words, symbols etc ) I’m 60 now & if i had known, understood these things, am sure things would have been far different for me.
My daughter now 26, has similar, and a very restricted life, though she’s intelligent, learning is so hard for her, - After listening to you, and actually processing, understanding, i feel i can now look into help for us both . Thank you .

I hate being an adult and slow its hard 31 and so much big words and information as a kid i was teased as being retarded or stupid or even autistic no offense but i understand what lofe is like for those people its hard you wanna try but you cant at the same time
