That's really cool. I'm still practicing. I fully understand what your doing, but I wanted to tell you that you did it backwards.
When the cube is on the right side of the screen you want to see the tail on the left.
and then when on the left side of the screen you would want to see it on the right.
Because if you are on the right side of an object you see the right not the left.

+thenewboston This is interesting but would it be easier to create a cube object with rotational functions that rotate it around its own axis and then apply player offsets for where it should be positioned on the screen and how would you rotate while keeping it in the middle of the screen as if you are walking in an exact circle around it constantly looking at the midpoint of the cube. Have looked into rotational matrices a bit but don't really understand them xD
