Webasto Thermo Top z/c enough fuel?

Is the amount of fuel enough at each pulse?
The burner ignites perfect and the fan speeds up, but after maybe 30sec it sounds like the flame dies. :-(
I also checked the resistance of the thermistor in the top housing, or more correct the voltage over the thermistor and it varies with the temperature, so probably ok. Voltage was around 3,6v.
But I suspect to little fuel.
Any ideas or suggestions?
