The Legendary Plasma Pioneer KURO KRP-600M

The KRP-600M Plasma TV, has a 60-inch (152 cm) screen size and it is one of the last in the KURO series. This forgotten piece of art has still top notch picture quality (almost Oled like) and outstanding motion tracking. It is sad that this technology has been buried. People, it’s worth considering that the Pioneer laid down such a quality 13 years ago that only today’s Oled could approach. Get it while you could a working one, they wont lasts long due to their age.

I just picked this model up 2 weeks ago in great condition. I absolutely love it.

The plasma as a technology has died. But the Pioneer Kuro as a video display won't ever be forgotten amongst the videophile community circa 2007 to present day - and beyond. I've just recently bought a spare power supply unit for my 600M as a back-up. The PSU in my 600M just now is only 18K hours old - the same age as the monitor itself. So with my spare PSU it'll last for many many years to come. FYI the 600M was the last to be designed and built amongst the Kuro's.

Why is there strobing in the picture? The fish shouldn't flicker like that. Could see it badly in the serpent in the DC footage too. Looks terrible to me. Is it the tv, or the camera used to film it?
