Murder Church Flip #225 Update: Why is it Taking us so Long!

We bought this murder church a while ago and we are still not finished! It has taken a very long time to get going on it and then we have had some major delays after we got going on it.

Hopefully, now we are getting closer to the finish line.

That’s crazy. I’m currently rehabbing a “murder” house also. Apparently, a pastor murdered his wife in this house and kept her body in a freezer for 4 years. Pretty wild, didn’t realize it until right after closing.

Good rehab. Especially in the Greeley area .... Funny - Mother Nature or Higher Powers saw fit to remove the cross 😉. Perhaps new owner will consider an old fashioned classic "chicken" or "cow" weathervane! I like your sense of humor! 👍

Xcel is the worst, a friend had a scheduled visit last week, after waiting for weeks, and the truck pulled up, sat there for 5 minutes, drove away and he got an email saying they tried to come by. they never left the truck, he got it all on the security camera

It looks like that fence in the front was painted, but it still looks bad. Honestly its so small and without much of a purpose that you should consider removing the fence adjacent to the sidewalk.

The new improved floor plan to actually get a working kitchen. Plus a normal bathroom works out much better along with a larger living room makes sense now. After all the work done you should be able to sell the home fast
