Thank you for this information, now I can properly inspect my watch if I ever need to service it myself. I could not find any documentation online for this watch (PCB, Schematic diagram, disassembly procedure, etc.) and your video taught in a concise way that was easy to follow. Now I may reverse engineer at my leisure!

My only advice to you, is to mention the precaution regarding the flex cable at the before using the pry tool rather than at the end and to perhaps show an image or footage showing the placement of the flex cables, for those who aren't wise enough to watch the video fully before attempting to open the watch, and pause before you clarify. 😉 (This is a very small complaint, and I only point it out because I used to be the type of person to damage personal electronics this way 😅)

Did you just need to heat gun the watch in order to de stroy the glue? I do wonder if the newer ones can be opened the same way....

I let my battery run completely out till there was nothing on the screen for a couple days, recharged the battery, and it's staying charged again just like brand new. Hopefully this helps someone so they don't have to take the watch apart.
