What is Legal Information & Legal Advice

What if Im just a lay person and not in an attorney client relationship, then what is legal advice? What if I am just suggesting the method to seek out and suggesting ways people can do it Pro Se and simultaneously saying you can also get this done through a lawyer but the info is in the law library here.
