I’m an artist and my friends and I pooled our resources and entered all our art world contacts - gallerists, art consultants and advisors, curators, etc. in there. Hi Paul, appreciate the offer for us to pause and tell you why we are here to see how you can assist with best practice. I actually am not using Hubspot CRM for a business, it's more for keeping track of contacts for networking purposes. I'm currently in a job hunt, going to networking events, setting up informational interviews etc. As I met people I kept track of contacts in a Google Sheet, but it became unwieldy, so I ended up on Hubspot CRM, especially as I found myself forgetting to follow up with people. Among other pieces of information the spreadsheet had columns like "Initial intro email sent, coffee date set, coffee date held, thank you note set etc". My challenge is figuring out the best way to leverage hubspot, and could definitely use your input. Happy to share the Google Sheet with you to see if it helps. Thanks for this video though, very helpful!
