Polls show Kamala Harris marginally ahead of Donald Trump nationally, but November 5th’s election is going to be won in the states. Perhaps no state is being more closely watched than Pennsylvania, where the candidates are virtually neck-and-neck. With the race so close, both sides are courting the vote which handed Joe Biden the victory in this state in 2020 – black Americans. Traditionally, they’ve voted overwhelmingly Democrat; but Donald Trump may be starting to change that. FRANCE 24’s Fraser Jackson and Fanny Allard report.
