Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX How to connect wireless Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth with iPhone. Android Auto

How to connect wireless Apple CarPlay using an iPhone to the Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX. We use two different methods of connecting it. Both methods are very similar to connecting Android Auto.

First method: Connecting the Bluetooth first, and it’ll show you prompts to enable Apple CarPlay wireless.

Second method: Connect the USB from the stereo to the iPhone using a Apple USB-A to Light king cable. Then it’ll promote to enable Apple CarPlay wireless.

I have just installed this radio. Android auto works great. Only issue is when listening to SiriusXM on the unit the phone icon is grayed out. Phone works when I am using Android Auto.

Are you able to connect the unit to your steering wheel media controls? (volume buttons, skip buttons, etc)

I have pioneer dmh-130bt. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way for me to use Apple CarPlay on this radio. I’m sure it’s an older model.

there’s a 2-3 second delay when i play / pause my music through apple carplay. but when i use normal bluetooth icon there’s no delay, any fixes?

Do you always have to have Bluetooth turned on for the wireless Apple car play to automatically sync when you turn on the vehicle? Or is there another way?

My Pioneer DMH-W2700NEX has a bluetooth "No Service" message and I cannot pair with my iPhone. Can you please help?
