How Parliament checks the annual EU Budget?

Each year, the European Union decides how to allocate billions of euros to key areas like the digital and green transitions, agriculture or regional development.

How does this budget get approved? Who checks whether the money is well spent? That’s where the European Parliament steps in!

Europe must invest in : a) AI Data Centers, Trade AI, in Mercosur and Europe, to test and try hundreds of thousands of possible Combinations to balance out the disparities between Europe Farmers and Ranchers and Mercosur's, find the fair Deals, Prices, Conditions, etc., and in - house, or Contractors will do " front running" and other tricks to profit from every transaction and Private Data bit . b ) Personal Flying Drones, Merchandise Delivery Drones and Farming Drones: Europe cannot be out of the Drone Industry, when the EU is conpact, dense and with a solid Electric Grid in place for chargers . If Europe does nor invest in these solutions, EU Taxpayers must find new Politicians at once . It's insulting that Europe spends € 50 billion in a War between Christian Slavic Ukrainians and Christian Slavic Russians, but would not invest in Trade AI and Drones.

In my opinion Europe Budget must make sure the European Union Consumers have always choices and options for Satellite service and for AI services, specifically in Phone Companies and in Scientific AI and Trading services like Trade AI data centers, like for the Mercosur - EU Free Trade Agreement. Already some EU Phone Companies and Smartphone Manufacturers are making " exclusive deals " with OpenAI and GlobalStar, and in my opinion this is unethical, anti - competitive, anti - European, and very dangerous for the security of European Consumers and Taxpayers, as well as very stupid and unnecessary. Europe must be "street - smart ", and don't put itself in a corner with no choices and options. Get smart !
