Yea, this was confusing on my hew watch. My old one didn't have these things. If I listen to Garmin, I end up in detraining because it gives crazy numbers for just hiking long distances. I ignore it now.

garmin says u should recover for 3.5 days, haha, i went really intense last 3 days, just normal jogs 10km each
