I have watched Joanna Lumley's A Greek Odyssey over and over again.I don't think there is any person that could have presented this series better than Joanna.That beautiful English voice of hers explaining so many things about this beautiful country.There are moments when her explanation and showing us so many different aspects of Greece, brought tears to my eyes.I wish i could somehow say thank you and reach over and give her a hug.An absolute wonderful and breathtaking way of introducing Greece to us all.She made it look so simple and effortless, although it was not.Thank you ever so much you lovely and beautiful Lady.Your honest emotions and feelings filled me up with so much admiration.As a Greek, i could not have asked for anything more or better.xxx

Ancient Greece has always been so interesting. From my own reading of the Iliad and the Odyssey at a young age, I have always found Greek mythology, architecture, food and culture completely fascinating. I love that you are exploring both the ancient and present day happenings of Greece. This episode about travels in Greece is so moving !!! I cried when Nana sang 'Ava Maria". It touched my heart Joanna. Thank you for bringing her beauty and talent to us. I just loved seeing the ancient Acropolis and Amphitheater and your dinner of asparagus with the precious lady of the deserted village and Olympia and Adelphi.
