I have made a video on interlabial pads or reusable labia pads before but i still think not many people know about them.. i have convinced a number of heavy bleeders to try these and they all love this product.
it is one of the best reusable period product i have tried and highly recommend to all those who are heavy bleeders. this can also be used for daily discharge or postpartum bleeding.

these interlabial pads or labia pads need to used along with menstrual cup, tampon, period panty or cloth pads.

in case you find that your cloth pads are leaking or even your period panty is leaking, then these are the best solution to your problem.

if your menstrual cup leaks due to getting full, and you can not empty it, then interlabial pads can be of great help.

Labia pads are amazing!! I've been using them for around 8 months now and I'm superhappy with them. I use them at night during my heavy flow days. I can sleep much better since I know that the blood flow will stay in the center of my cloth pad and I don't have to get up 3 times at night to change it 💕

This was so helpful, thank you for sharing! I use menstrual cups as my main menstrual product and cloth pads as my backup. On heavy days I often stain my sheets at night, and this sounds like a great solution! :)

I really wish I’d known about products like these 6 to 7 years ago. I wouldn’t have pushed to get a hysterectomy. I was just so tired of the cramps and all the other stuff that goes route long with Cycles. I was on Depo for many years but the doctor wanted to take me off of it because I didn’t need it for birth control as I had had my tubes done already.

First of all: your accent is so adorable, I love it.
I just found out about interlabial pads and was looking for a video and found yours. I like the idea and think I will give the pads a try! I am disabled and can't use tampons and so on. I can imagine that these pads make me feel more comfortable during the heavy days.

I used something like this and it really worked for me, definitely made washing easier. i didnt try to put it in my labia directly tho, i like that idea. i put it on my underwear and when i stood up and pulled my underwear up, i pushed it in with my fingers from outside my underwear. The cloth pad made it harder to push in so i kind of sucked up while i did it.

This is the first time I heard about this. I have a very heavy flow on my first 2 days. I need to change my reusable pads every 1-2hrs. I currently tried cups but I get leaks every 2hrs because it's full. I really don't want to use disposable anymore. Thank you for sharing this. I will give it a try.
