Also Kai (without any master of chi) fought young oggway, their fight shaked the earth etc (The battle was 500 years to and then oggway send him to the spirit realm)

Kai's feats > tai lung, even tai lung was defeated by oggway in few seconds (KP1)

Kai defeated tai lung and oggway in spirit realm and also when he started to take chi of every masters i mean when he started in the first he doesn't have anyone's chi, he fight by his own then slowly he taked every master's chi. He almost take Po's chi in the end (almost)

Kai didn't used tai lung and oggway's chi because if he used them as a zombie (they can make them free from kai's control)
