My university passing CGPA is 1.5 aur degree awarding CGPA is 2.5 ?

Salam! I am going to germany as a free mover student. I've got admission at german University as well. But they are saying to me that they will give me cgpa as per the german grading system, but my home university in pak is demanding for equivalent cgpa according to their grading system. Otherwise, they will not exempt my courses, which I will complete from germany. Kindly assist me with this if possible thanks!

I am from FAST NUCES, bro here min passing grade in bachelor is 1. but degree offering min CGPA is 2.0. My CGPA is 3.12 in BS, FAST NUCES, as same, what will be my cgpa in german scale ? I think it will be 1.88 but not sure, 1.88 or 2.28 ? confused. I am going to apply in a university with min requiremtn of 2.0 on German scale.

I have got 3.08 cpga in my masters degree. The lowest grade for passing a single course is 2 cgpa while degree is awarded at 3 cgpa.

What would be the lowest grade I sould put in Bavarian formula 2 or 3 for conversation in german scale?
