Demonstration of Transfer Learning in Python for Image Classification.

Transfer Learning: a machine learning method where a model developed for a task is reused as the starting point for a model on a second task.

Used Tensorflow version 1.19.

Example. In order to make the test more fun, I decided to apply Transfer Learning to implement Lithuanian politicians (Skvernelis, Grybauskaite, Simonyte, Sustauskas and Karbauskis) face images and check if the algorithm will handle the test images and recognizes (classifies) persons correctly.
