I watched your video it was very nice and interesting

I followed your instructions and how to do it but for some reason there's something missing when I get to the part where it looks for a previous incident

It's not there instead I get something will you see in a screenshot it's all I get and I click on the exact same way that you did it and I get the same thing over and over again I don't know what to do do I need to uninstall the sql server 2008r2 that I have and do like a fresh install but to do a fresh install I guess I would need to know the current configuration and I don't know how to access it or to save it in to restore it

If you want we can do a TeamViewer session if you're willing to do that you can kind of see what's going on and maybe that'll help me figure this out I so much appreciate you and you know hopefully we can figure this out no one no one knows about sql server so unfortunately

can you let me know something
