This was very useful. I was going crazy looking for this. I cant control it perfectly and end the animation when I want to. But it works so thank you

Thanks for the video :D btw regarding megaman I have a question, if I have him playing his walk animation and I start shooting, how can I have him raise his arm (change to walk/shoot animation) without restarting the whole walk animation, I hope I made sense xD

Thanks for the tutorial i've got the material setup and it's working pretty well but i have noticed that flipbook keeps jittering bwteen the sprites rather than a seamless and consistent transition. is there a way to fix this?

That's super helpfull, thanks! I was wondering, is it normal for the flipbook to not pause when pausing the game using a Set Game Paused in Blueprints ?

Hey there! it worked for me until I implemented the Material in my UI. Then it says "This material does not use the UI material domain ~Change the Material Domain?~ "
If I click it goes straight Black. The material does function. but not in UI.

I want to do a Crossair that changes when you do a hit marker (Flipbook aniamtion) maybe you can help me or is there a other way?

EDIT: it works" I forgot to safe the Material presets, it was still on surface. But another Problem:

I used a transparent Sprite, now my material is black, how can I change the blackbackgroudn to transparent?

2 EDIT: I figured it out as I was writing the first Edit..

But the image loses transparency when displayed on the screen. It has either a white or black background behind it. Which is obviously not what people would want for a HUD element. So this tutorial is basically useless, I'm afraid to say. No offense. Well, this was a waste of my time.
