To maintain healthy skin, here's what worked for me: Right after waking up in the morning, cleanse your face thoroughly. Opt for a mild and gentle face wash like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and moisturize my face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Don't wash your face too many times in a day. Limit washing to once in the morning and once before bedtime. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. Additionally, remember to apply sunscreen even when indoors. The white patches in skin occur when your skin is already dry and due to the exposure from sun. So you must prevent your skin to be dry and protect it from harsh exposure of sun.

Could you do a video on combining skin-care routines? For example, can I do both a anti-aging and minimizing pore routine in one day, or should I alternate routines by day, or alternate by the current condition of my skin?

Dr. Please please please make a video explaining fungal acne, a skincare routine to treat and prevent, and what is the difference of fungal acne vs. milia both from a clinical picture and generally.
I have tiny bumps on my chin below my lip/both media and laterally extending; when I extend the skin (place my tongue under my lower lip) I see tons more that aren’t normally visible and eventually they become what appears to me as white comedones.

Yes, please do. I love both. I have used Cetaphil and its worked so good, but Cerave has worked well too but has made me breakout sometime. I want to use Cerave because I heard its so much better, but I also have heard that Cetaphil is just good for cleansing because that's all it does, basic cleansing while Cerave does extra. I was told to get either from my Derm because I'm on Epiduo Forte. :) Which do you think?
