I swear this cutscene kills me everytime. Really brings in the feeling that you finally achieved victory after all the fighting. You can finally sit back and relax. Definitely one of the most unforgettable games of all time

There's something so poetic to me about the idea of Master Chief becoming yet another mystery in the galaxy. Another secret, hidden in space: a warrior, honorable, faithful, with a profound sense of right and wrong, waiting until he is needed again to protect the innocent.

Master Chief is the pure embodiment of a hero should be.

Jesus Christ it's taken me 13 years to realise the significance of Chief going back into Cryo. The trilogy started with him being woken up from sleep and it ends with him going back under. It's poetic. My dumb ass just thought it would work as a great cliff hanger for the inevitable Halo 4 but no, there was meaning behind it...
