Today I present low carb Sloppy Joes. This classic American sandwich recipe was invented back in the early 1900’s and has been on the lunch menu of American tables ever since. We’ll make our version the low carb / keto way and pair it with my low carb hamburger buns for a classic Sloppy Joe. #keto #lowcarb #papag #sloppyjoes
Ingredients:
1 lb. – ground beef
1/3 cup – green onions, chopped (approx. 5 stalks)
1/4 cup –bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – ground black pepper
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
1 tsp – yellow mustard
1 Tbs – vinegar
Six servings:
Per serving (meat only):
205 calories / 14.93g fat / 2.63g net carbs / 12.9g protein
