The 911 beat the z06 with it’s hole shot because of its rear engine layout . The vette did well IMO with its small amount of mods.

The Vette may be be fun at the track, but it sucks as a daily driver.
I'd take the luxury of the 911 Turbo S for a daily driver over those uncomfortable, cheap Vette's any day of the week.

911 is just amazing. Corvette is awesome but the quality difference is not even close. With that said, the Porsche definitely cost more money.
