I AM ENOUGH: Public Service Announcement

This Public Service Announcement is brought to you by AMC Theatres and The Kindness Campaign as part of the #AMCCares program.

Airing before The Lion King in #AMCTheatres across the United States, this #psa brings awareness to online bullying and how a simple gesture of kindness can have a huge impact.

The student in this video receives a notification that someone is calling her ugly, and other derogatory words, on social media and she runs to the bathroom in embarrassment. In tears she looks up at the mirror and finds a note that reads "I AM ENOUGH". The message resonates with her, so she adds one to the mirror.

Days later she returns to the bathroom to see the mirror has been completely covered in messages of kindness.
