UCMJ Violations:
Article 88 (contempt toward officials)
Article 89 (disrespect toward superior commissioned officers)
Article 90 (willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer)
Article 92 (dereliction in the performance of duties)
Article 92 (failure to obey order or regulation)
Article 133 (conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman)

Scheller is a Patriot and correct.

Under normal circumstances his actions would have been inappropriate but these are not normal circumstances and his actions are morally and ethical justifiable based on current conditions.

The singular issue I fear out of this pales in comparison to the greater context but I fear others will utilize this tactic now that the seal is broken and engage in less morally justifiable actions.

Regardless, none of that falls on Scheller's shoulders and he should be celebrated and supported for his actions thus far.

I like how it was the Afghanistan withdrawal that made someone speak out about leadership accountability. So many things especially Keating and nobody really said a thing about that except the family members of those killed in that meat grinder. Accountability!!! I remember when my unit was missing an ANPVS 14 after a humvee struck an anti-tank mine in Ramadi, Iraq in 2004...the driver was seriously injured..evac'd...and survived...everyone else was shaken real good but walked away . A platoon & Company Leadership had to go back at where the incident happened and searched the the area for the NVG..or what's left of it. They found the eye piece...value of ANPVS14...$4500/unit...our company commander had to account for the loss & explain the circumstances.... in Afghanistan dumpster fire decision...explain $85 BILLION!!!!???? We stand with you Lt. Col. Sheller in DEMANDING AN EXPLANATION TO THE $85BILLION IN EQUIPMENT & THE 13 LIVES LOST IN OUR MILITARY LEADERSHIP ....THAT INCLUDES THE CnC!!!!
